My philosophy of yoga is that it’s a space to give to yourself in a way that makes
you able and ready to give to others. I believe we all need to make time to slow down and reconnect with ourselves, clear our minds & open our hearts. Through yoga we learn to give ourselves love so we are beaming love and light, shining it on those around us!
I believe yoga is for everyone. No matter where you are physically, mentally or
energetically - you are where you are supposed to be on your journey. I strive to be a master at guiding my students through mindful flow segments that invite
them to recognize and apply to themselves what is safe, appropriate on that day, and supportive of their holistic wellness.
All we need to do is show up on our mats, create space to focus on the breath
and the rest will flow naturally if we are listening inwardly!
